Shalom Update Newsletter:
Hebrew Christian Fellowship has a heritage in, and commitment to, the written, printed word. From its beginning in 1944, through our constant reliance upon the sole infallible written Word of God, HCF has been committed to clear, consistent communication with its supporters. Once The Fellowship Bulletin, then, Shalom Magazine, and now the Shalom Update, our main publications have always been personal and informative bridge-builders between our mission and those who are interested in us.
Shalom Update now features a column written by our director since 1991, Rev. Roger L. Wambold, as well as updates from our Ministry Affiliates in Israel, news from the Land, and updates on any new developments within the organization here in our own United Sates.
Heart’s Desire:
For more than a decade, Heart’s Desire, a readable, informative, and often unpredictable collection of facts from Jewish history, insight into Jewish culture, and observations of those aspects of Judaism which make the Jewish people so unique among all people groups, has been helping believers become interested in, and knowledgeable about, the Jewish people.
Now, we are offering complete sets in an attractive binder with an index of topics organized by issue, famous people, and terms.

Books:
The Great Mystery or How Can Three Be One?,
A highly technical, scholarly treatise on evidence for the doctrine of the trinity from the Old Testament Scriptures and early rabbinical writings. The author, a lecturer of Hebrew at Oxford University, includes quotations in original Hebrew and Aramaic, with English translations. This one hundred page book is particularly appropriate for a serious-minded Jewish person who maintains that the trinity is an exclusively Christian teaching.
Behold the Land / Gold Frankincense and Myrrh,
Featured in a recent issue of Shalom Update, this two-volume set of poems, penned by poet Ruth Salinger, evoke strong, idyllic, and passionate images of the land of Israel in all its glory and Messianic significance.
Good News for Sojourners
Also featured in a recent issue of Shalom Update, this collection of books includes Hebrew translations of the gospels of Matthew, John, Josh McDowell’s More than a Carpenter, a collection of stories tracing nine Israelis’ discovery that Jesus is indeed the Messiah, along with an English translation of that same work. It is our hope that these will be a great blessing and starting point for amiable, meaningful conversation with any of your Jewish friends or acquaintances who speak modern Hebrew.

The Journey is Myrna Grant’s thrilling account of Rose Warmer’s life. A Hungarian Jew who came to faith in Yeshua, Rose survived life in a concentration camp where she preached the Gospel to her people and then returned to her homeland, Israel, where she dedicated her life to the work of ministering to the needs of her people.
